Test shows VoIP call quality can improve with SSL VPN links

I read an interesting article today on SSL based VPN links and how they affect voice quality when transporting VoIP. I say interesting because the results of testing conducted by NetworkWorld are counter intuitive in that under certain conditions, the VPN actually had a positive effect on voice quality.
